NEW YORK (PIX11)—• Pascack Valley Line: Service remains suspended until further notice.
• Atlantic City Rail Line: Service remains suspended until further notice.
• River Line: As of Thursday, November 1 service has resumed and is currently operating on a Sunday schedule.
• Hudson-Bergen Light Rail: On Saturday, November 3, test cars will operate on the tracks - please note: service remains suspended until further notice.
• Newark Light Rail: Service remains suspended until further notice.
o The Newark Light Rail experienced flood waters beneath Newark Penn Station. NJ TRANSIT crews work around the clock to pump out water from the system.
*Monthly Pass Extension: NJ TRANSIT has extended the validity period for October monthly passes until Friday, November 9 for our customer's convenience.
There will be shuttle buses between the following locations:
Atlantic Ave.-Barclays Center and 57th St. via the Manhattan Bridge.
Jay Street-Metro Tech and 57th Street-Lexington Ave. via the Manhattan Bridge.
Hewes Street and 57th Street-Lexington Ave. via the Williamsburg Bridge.
Shuttle buses will run north on 3rd Ave. and south on Lexington Ave.
MTA Bus Service
Bus service has been restored to near normal service by Wednesday morning, except for Manhattan below 23rd St. at night. The lack of power has created a dangerous condition for drivers and passengers, according to MTA officials. One tube of the Holland Tunnel is now open for bus service to and from New Jersey.
Staten Island Ferry servie has resumed Friday at 12pm.
Private ferry service has resumed between New Jersey and New York.
