'Jersey Shore' Cast Returns For Sixth Season
Just when you thought they were going away, MTV announced Monday that production for the 6th - and hopefully last - season of the "Jersey Shore" will commence this summer in Seaside Heights, N.J.

The upcoming season will reportedly include resident "meatball" Nicole Snooki Polizzi who recently announced that she is pregnant. The pregnancy will surely add on to the already zany and sometimes eyebrow-raising plot that fans crave.

According to the release, the dynamic between cast mates Vinny, Ronnie, Sam, Mike, Deena, Jwoww and Pauly will be significantly "different" as they deal with their lives off-camera.

Between Snooki and Jwoww's spinoff currently being filmed in Jersey City, N.J. and Paul D's "The Pauly D Project" slated for a March 29th premiere, the Jersey shore's most-famous residents have plenty to dish about.

Since its premiere, the "Jersey Shore" has been one of television's highest rated shows, ranking first among the coveted 12-34 demographic. Despite critics bashing the show, including New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, the show is credited for a nearly 30 percent increase in tourism revenue along the Garden State's shore communities.
