Dentist Arrested For Forcibly Touching His Patient
A Lynbrook dentist was arrested Monday and charged with engaging in inappropriate sexual contact with a patient in his care.

Fred Lipp, 73, of Woodbury forcibly touched a female patient on April 28, Nassau County Police said. The woman was having dental work done at Lipp's office at 89A Atlantic Ave in Lynbrook, Long Island.

The defendant was taken into custody at his Jennings Lane residence in Woodbury and was charged with forcible touching, according to police.

Lipp was released on a desk appearance ticket and will be arraigned on June 3 in First District Court, Hempstead.
