Cops are searching for a man who mugged three women with an ice pick in Co-op City, Bronx.

According to police, in each of the armed robberies, the suspect is armed with a knife or an ice pick wen he follows women into their apartment elevator. Once alone with the victim, he robs the woman and flees.

The first armed robbery occurred on Wednesday, November 10 at about 12:15 a.m. Inside 100 Alcott Place.

The second and third armed robbery happened on the same day -- Sunday, November 14 -- within 10 minutes of each other. The first of the two was at 1:30 p.m. inside 140 Benchley Place and then at 1:40 p.m. inside 140 Elgar Place.

No injuries were reported in any of the robberies.

The suspect is described as a well-dressed black man in his 40s.
