HEMPSTEAD, N.Y. - Accused murderer William Walsh's brother has pleaded not guilty this morning to charges that he tried to break into the Nassau County Jail to see his brother Monday.

said Thomas Walsh's lawyer Louis Agresta after a brief appearance in
Nassau District Court in New York)" id="PLGEO100101022030805">Hempstead. "I think anybody would."
Farmingdale was held on $6,000 bond or $3,000 cash.
Agresta would not comment on the charges, saying he needs to speak to his client first.
Police said Thomas Walsh tried to sneak into the Nassau County Jail
Monday afternoon after he told visitors were not permitted Mondays.
They said he walked down a ramp, then pushed past a corrections officer
who tried to stop him.
He was charged with obstruction governmental administration, resisting arrest and trespassing.
He is due back in District Court on Thursday.
