TV Commercial Saved Rosie's Life
Rosie O'Donnell is recovering from a heart attack and says she owes her life to a television commercial.
The comedian suffered chest pains, nausea and clamminess after helping a woman out of her car hours earlier.
She searched the Internet, discovered many of her symptoms matched a heart attack, and took Bayer aspirin remembering a commercial advocating the product.
Her cardiologist reports she suffered what's called a "widow maker."
Tests show O-Donnell had a 99-percent blockage in one artery, so they inserted a stint and she's now recuperating at home.
