Paul McCartney confirmed the rumors today.
The former Beatle will headline Wrigley Field on July 31st, according to Chicago Tribune rock critic Greg Kot. Tickets will go on sale on June 20 over at Tickets.com. Kot reminds us that it's a "rare date at the Cubs ballpark, which has seen only a handful of concerts in past summers by the Dave Matthews Band, Jimmy Buffett, the Police, Rascal Flatts, and Billy Joel and Elton John."
McCartney will play other stadiums across the country. More on that in his full report HERE.
