HH Turkey Meatloaf Dinner

15 oz House made Turkey Meatloaf (1 and 1/2 slices)
2 cups mashed potatoes
1 oz horseradish
2 oz roasted tomatoes
2 oz caramelized onions
2 oz fresh spinach
3 oz mozzarella cheese
6 oz house made BBQ cream
Griddle both slices of meatloaf in hot skillet. Pile mashed potatoes in center of plate. Top with fresh horseradish. Then place the half slice of turkey meatloaf on potatoes. Sauté tomatoes and onions until hot. Take off heat and toss in spinach. Griddle mozzarella cheese until one side is golden brown. Top cheese with onion, tomato, and spinach mix then place over potato and turkey meatloaf with the mix on the inside. Top with remaining slice of meatloaf and cover with hot BBQ cream.

HH Turkey meatloaf recipie
4# ground turkey
1# turkey sausage
5 slices of turkey bacon
4 c eggs
4 Tbs chopped garlic
1/2 c chopped onions
1/4 c ketchup
2 Tbs salt
2 Tbs black pepper
1 Tbs chili flakes
4 c panko bread crumbs

In a large bowl mix ground turkey and sausage until all incorporated. Mix in garlic onions and bacon. In a separate bowl wisk together eggs ketchup salt pepper and chili flakes. Add panko and egg mix to meat. Mix until all is completely incorporated. Bake at 325 degrees F for 45 minutes or until meat reaches 165 degrees F.

HH Turkey Dinner

8 oz roasted turkey
1 cup turkey stock
1 cup mashed potatoes
1 cup stuffing
1 cup pumpkin mashed potatoes
1 cup turkey gravy
3 oz carrots
3 oz green beans
3 oz cranberry chutney
1 ear roasted corn on the cob
Heat turkey stock in a skillet. Add turkey to the stock to heat. On a plate place mashed potatoes, stuffing, and pumpkin mashed in a triangle. Top with hot turkey and cover with hot turkey gravy. Place carrots on one side then green beans on the other. Then add roasted corn on the cob to the plate. Cranberry chutney should be served on the side in a dish.
