Man charged with murder in slaying of teacher at Naperville bar
A teacher was stabbed to death at a nightclub in Naperville after a man inside was teased.

Shaun Wild died after he was stabbed in the heart at "Frankie's Blue Room" early Saturday morning.

Wild was a teacher at Spring Brook Elementary.

Daniel Olaska is charged with murder and is being held on bond.

It started when Wild's friend made fun of Olaska for drinking beer out of a wine glass.

Police say that escalated into a fight where Olaska pulled a knife and attacked Wild and his friend.

Wild's friend, Willie Hayes, was slashed with a knife and was hospitalized in intensive care Sunday.

A bar employee was also injured.

At Spring Brook Elementary school in Naperville, where Wild was a teacher, the Principal issued a statement saying, "The Spring Brook community is deeply saddened by the death of one of our staff members, Shaun Wild. Our crisis team will be on hand to help students cope with Shaun's death."

Olaska is a manager at the Schaumburg Regional Airport and did not have a criminal record.

He is due back in court on March 5th.
