12 oz gnocci
1 cup heavy cream
2 oz alfredo butter
1 tsp truffle peelings
3 oz red king crab meat
5 Tbs cheese mix (1/2 grated parmesan, 1/2 grated romano)
2 Tbs seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 Tbs white truffle oil

Blanch the gnocci for 30 seconds in boiling water. Put heavy cream, alfredo butter, truffle peelings, crab meat, cheese, and gnocci all together and reduce to a simmer. Reduce cream by 1/3. Place gnocci mixture in all-clad pan. Sprinkle bread crumbs and cheese mix over top of gnocci. Bake to a golden brown in oven. Take out of oven, drizzle truffle oil over the top. Garnish with parsley
