Mole de Coco

Ingredients:
8 oz butter
5 garlic cloves
1/2 onion
5 seedless poblano peppers
1 jalapeno pepper
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1 cup sour cream
12 oz coconut milk
1/2 cup cream of coconut
1 quart chicken stock
1 tsp white pepper
1 Tbs kosher salt
1/2 bolillo bread

Directions: Cook for 20-30 minutes. Blend. Return to heat for a short time to blend flavors.
