Deep Fried Reuben Roll

Ingredients:
12 egg roll wrappers
6 oz. sauerkraut squeezed dry
10 oz. small diced corned beef cooked
1 Tbs caraway seeds
4 oz. 1000 island dressing
8 oz swiss cheese diced
corn starch for dusting
cool water for sealing
one half gallon cooking oil.

Directions:
Combine sauerkraut, corned beef, caraway, swiss and 1000 island dressing in a bowl and mix well. Lay out one wrapper in a diamond with the point facing you and wet the upper edges. Scoop one and a half ounces of mix into center and roll wrap over the mix to the half way point. Fold in the edges, left and right, and seal with water. Finish rolling the remainder of the way and seal well. Fry in oil at 350 degrees until golden brown and crispy.

1000 Island Dressing

Ingredients:
16 oz mayo
4 oz. salad dressing
4 oz sweet relish
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 splash sherry wine
3 oz chili sauce
1 tsp Heinz 57 sauce
1 shot tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp salt.

Directions:
Combine all ingredients and chill.

Creamy Horseradish Sauce
8 oz mayo
4 oz sour cream
1 oz prepared horseradish
1 tsp red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp salt and pepper

Directions:
Combine all ingredients and chill.
