Smoked Salmon Salad

2-3 cups romaine lettuce
1/2 lb smoked salmon
Italian dressing, to taste
cherry tomatoes for garnish
avocado slices for garnish

Place lettuce on plate. Crumble smoked salmon over lettuce. Drizzle with dressing. Garnish with tomatoes and avocado.

Salmon and Cream Cheese on a Bagle

1 bagle
1 ounce whipped cream cheese
3-4 ounces crumbled smoked salmon
onion slice
tomato slice

Slice bagel. Spread cream cheese evenly on bottom half of bagle. Add smoked salmon. Add onion and tomato slice. Top with bagel top.

Smoked Fish Dip

1 lb smoked fish (salmon, trout or whitefish works best)
3 celery stalks chopped medium
1 medium onion chopped fine
2 hard boiled eggs chopped medium
3/4 to 1 cup mayonnaise

Remove bones from fish and flake. Add onion, celeary and egg. Add mayonnaise. Mix well and let chill for 30 minutes.
