Crispy Baked Chicken Strips with Apple Currant Chutney Dipping Sauce
Makes 4 servings
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp Kosher salt
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1 1/2 Tbs olive oil, divided
1 lb chicken tenders
