Hornets beat Wizards, complete perfect road trip
The Hornets have put together a road winning streak.

Chris Paul scored 13 points, had 11 assists, and 7 steals as the Hornets celebrated the New Year with a 92-81 at Washington Saturday night. The win was the Hornets second straight on the road. New Orleans won at Boston Friday. The Hornets had lost 7 straight road games.

The Hornets held the Wizards to 34 second half points.

Trevor Ariza scored 22 points. Emeka Okafor scored 17 points and grabbed 15 rebounds.

Jarrett Jack contributed 12 points in 16 minutes off the Hornets bench.

The Hornets host Philadelphia Monday night at New Orleans Arena.
