Concert-goers celebrate Green Music Fest in Eckert Park
(WGN-AM)-Chicago held its first ever Green Music Fest this weekend in West Town. The fest featured several local bands as well as soy based beer cups, bio-degradable water bottles, and solar powered trash compactors. Eco-friendly vendors sold organic t-shirts, jewlery, and produce.

Tom Murphy, President of Big Creek Productions, says the idea is to draw in people with the music and then teach them about going green.
