    A steady, moist northeast flow off the cool waters of Lake Michigan fed low stratus clouds into the Chicago shoreline Sunday, enshrouding the skyline. That effectively eliminated any chance for lower-level aircraft maneuvers, leading to the cancellation of the air portion of the Chicago Air & Water Show.
