Dozens of schools, businesses and agencies are closed today.
Dallas ISD remains open, but all after-school activities -- including atheletics -- are cancelled for today.

A 15-year-old girl from J. J. Pearce High School died after exiting a moving school bus this afternoon.
The Dallas County medical examiner's office identified the girl as Anquanete Patterson of Dallas.
