    The owner of one of the largest crane operating companies in the world is not guilty of the deaths that occurred after one of his cranes toppled over four years ago.  That's what a Manhattan Criminal Court judge ruled Thursday morning at the conclusion of a two-month-long trial in which lawyers for crane company CEO James Lomma blamed the man who'd been at the controls of the crane for the calamity that took place in May 2008.
