Floyd Anthony "Tony" Raines is a race car driver. He drives the #37 Ford Fusion for Max Q Motorsports in association with Front Row Motorsports. Raines was Rookie for the Year for the NASCAR All Pro Series in 1990 and for the NASCAR Busch Series in 1999. He was the American Speed Association champion in 1996.
