Diane Wright Hirsch, an extension educator with the University of Connecticut, will be leading the program with three workshops: "Home Canning of Fruits and Vegetables," "Freezing Fruits and Vegetables" and "Home Canning of Jams, Jellies, Pickles and Relishes."
