  13. WCSU Jazz Fest at the Ives Concert Hall in Danbury

    WCSU traditionally has a killer music department that produces some of the most well-trained musical talent in the area. This weekend, the school is hosting WCSU Jazz Fest at the Ives Concert Hall in White Hall on the University's downtown campus to show off their homegrown talent alongside some national stars. Thursday kicks things off with local saxophonist Jimmy Greene and his band. On Friday, it's Wallace Roney, who studied with Miles Davis, along with the WCSU Jazz Orchestra.
