    Under orders from the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, the Illinois legislature is trying to craft a law that will allow responsible gun owners to carry concealed weapons in public. The court said the legislature has to do this, but the court didn't say <em>how</em> to do it. No surprise in a state as large and geographically diverse as Illinois, that's proving to be no easy task.
