The two longtime Cape St. Claire residents couldn't be more different — or similar. Louis Biondi, 69, still retains a hint of the South Chicago accent of his childhood. He was born near the old Comiskey Park, the home of the Chicago White Sox from 1910 to 1990. As a toddler, Beau Breeden, 37, spoke with a distinct Mississippi twang which he traded for a posh London tone. He lived in Cape St. Claire as an infant in 1978 and, when his active-duty Navy family returned from England in 1986, Breeden never strayed far from home. Biondi was president of the Cape St. Claire Improvement Association for a record five one-year terms, an accomplishment he shared with Josephine Gardener....
