Palm Beach schools hiring law firm to investigate bus problems

An outside law firm is being brought in to investigate busing issues that have plagued the Palm Beach County School District since the first day of school, Superintendent Robert Avossa announced Friday. The probe by attorney Eugene Pettis will determine "how this happened, who's responsible and, more importantly, what do we need to do both short term and long term to make sure this issue does not happen again," Avossa said.
