Orlando City is going back to the USL. No, the Lions won’t be playing once again in the third tier of professional soccer in the U.S., but they will be bringing a USL franchise back to the Central Florida region.  Orlando City is in plans to launch, own and operate its own USL franchise beginning next season, multiple team sources with direct knowledge of the plan told the Orlando Sentinel.
