A late score lifted visiting Vancouver to a 1-0 victory Saturday night at Toyota Park while the Fire offense showed more signs of life but still came up empty.
"I think it's more frustrating than last week's opening shutout loss) because we actually played pretty well," said midfielder Harry Shipp, who had one of the Fire's four shots on goal.
