A Harrisburg man is facing attempted homicide charges after police say he fired a gun at a pair of female teenagers. It happened around 9:30 p.m. Saturday night along the 500 block of Emerald Street. Police say the two teens were walking in the area when they saw Jason Franklin, 21, assaulting a young woman. The teens, ages 18 and 17, tried to stop the assault and approached the pair.
