    Had the Boston Celtics defeated Cleveland in their first-round playoff series, the world would have reacted with great surprise, perhaps even some enthusiasm because the underdog is ultimately the coolest guy in town. But Cleveland paid a major price when Kevin Love left midway through the first quarter with a dislocated left shoulder. Kelly Olynyk's right arm became entangled with Love's left arm as they both went for a loose ball. Love grabbed his left shoulder and ran immediately to his locker room and was not happy with Olynyk.
