Life Of Running Keeps A Family In Shape

"Anyone who runs more than a half marathon needs counseling," Jarrod Neeley told his wife Heather once when she mentioned running a 26.2-mile marathon. This summer, Jarrod ran a 100-mile race in Oregon, a 28-hour ordeal that included running through the night wearing a headlamp.
