Tackle Eugene Monroe active for Ravens, but James Hurst gets the start

After making progress with his ankle injury throughout the week, Ravens left tackle Eugene Monroe was scratched for the playoff loss to the New England Patriots.

Rookie offensive tackle James Hurst got the start again after taking the first-team offensive snaps all week in practice. Hurst allowed six quarterback hurries in a playoff win over the Pittsburgh Steelers last week, but played much better against the Patriots as he limited standout defensive end Chandler Jones to four tackles and two quarterback hits and zero sacks on quarterback Joe Flacco.
