    Clemson expected to interview Szefc, report says
    Clemson, which will interview College of Charleston baseball coach Monte Lee for its vacant position today, also is expected to interview Maryland coach John Szefc, Clemson assistant Bradley LeCroy and Virginia associate head coach Kevin McMullan, according to The Post and Courier of Charleston. Szefc, hired by Maryland in 2012, is 112-72 at the school and coached the Terps to their first NCAA tournament berth in 43 years last season. Maryland made the NCAA super regionals in 2014 and 2015. Clemson, a traditional baseball power, fired longtime coach Jack Leggett last week. The Anderson (S.C.) Independent-Mail also has reported that Szefc is a prospect to fill the vacancy.
