Panthers WR Hill cited for possession of drug paraphernalia

Carolina Panthers wide receiver Stephen Hill was cited by Concord, N.C., police for possession of drug paraphernalia the week the Panthers report to training camp in Spartanburg, S.C. According to the police report, Hill was cited at 2:26 p.m. Tuesday with two misdemeanors: possession of marijuana paraphernalia and failure to wear a seatbelt. Panthers players report to training camp Thursday morning. A Panthers spokesman had no comment when reached by phone Wednesday morning.
