Week 10 Kickoff: Bears seek season-saving win
The Chicago Bears (3-5) return from their week off needing a win Sunday night to save their season. They will have to get it at Lambeau Field against the Green Bay Packers (5-3), who outlasted them early and whipped them late in a 38-17 victory at Soldier...

Will Jay Cutler's presence keep Bears from drafting a QB?
I've often argued the Jay Cutler is a good, better-than-average quarterback. Yet, he is in his ninth year and getting no better. His potential is now irrelevant and he is what he is. So, will his guaranteed money now prevent the Bears from drafting a...
  • Bears-Packers telecast will tie NFL record

Marc Trestman feeling support, not heat, at Halas Hall
The Bears’ 41-28 loss to the Cowboys on Thursday night at Soldier Field was the team’s sixth defeat this season by 10 points or more and the third in which they fell behind by at least 28. Still, Bears coach Marc Trestman asserted Friday...

Desperate Bears can't afford to look too far ahead
One three-hour performance Sunday night at Lambeau Field cannot save the Bears' season. A victory over the Packers would provide a badly needed lift for a club that has lost four of the last five games dating back to the Week 4 setback against the...

Bears-Packers just went from bad to worse
Feeling good about the Bears this season has been no easy task. For every one-handed grab Brandon Marshall makes, Jay Cutler turns the ball over. For every dominating performance Willie Young or Kyle Fuller has, someone else struggles mightily. Hence...
