    S Jean Fanor was signed by the Packers to their practice squad Wednesday (Dec. 17). Fanor, a 6-foot, 205-pound, first-year player out of Bethune-Cookman, was originally signed by the Kansas City Chiefs as a non-drafted free agent on May 11, 2012. He was waived by the Chiefs on Aug. 27, 2012, and has played for the Tampa Bay Storm during the 2013 and 2014 Arena Football League seasons. Fanor set a franchise record with 128.5 tackles in 18 games this past season.
