Aaron Hernandez Due In Court As DA Seeks Access To Evidence

BOSTON - Former New England Patriots player Aaron Hernandez is due in court for a pretrial hearing in the 2012 slaying of two Boston men. Hernandez is charged with murder in the shootings of Safiro Furtado and Daniel de Abreu, two men he encountered at a Boston nightclub.
