The UConn baseball team fought its way back to play another day, back from a three-run deficit to beat Memphis 7-5 in the American Athletic Conference Tournament in Clearwater, Fla. UConn is No. 38 in RPI. To win the tournament and get its automatic bid, it has to beat Houston twice Saturday, and then win on Sunday. Short of that, UConn's resume is strong enough for an at-large bid, but upsets in conference tournaments could squeeze them out.
