Navy's Ken Niumatalolo Wins Big With Malcolm Perry Switch

Navy came into its game last week against SMU with three straight defeats and in great need of a spark. And what coach Ken Niumatalolo came up with was the perfect solution.

Sophomore Malcolm Perry, who had started every game at slot back, played quarterback for the first time in his Navy career and rushed for 282 yards in a 43-40 win over SMU before spraining his left ankle in the fourth quarter and leaving the field on crutches.
