NEW ORLEANS — Scoring 2,000 points in a career is difficult to do. If it wasn't, you figure everyone would do it. The reality is, not everyone can do it; not enough talent, not enough time, wrong circumstances.

In the history of UConn women's basketball, resplendent with All-Americans and the game's icons, only Maya Moore ended her career with more than 3,000 points. And until Wednesday at Devlin Fieldhouse, it was Tina Charles sitting closest to her with 2,346.
