VALPARAISO — The process isn't old hat for Robbie Hummel. But he's no stranger to it either. Last summer, after his rookie season with the Minnesota Timberwolves, Hummel was a restricted free agent. In late June, the Timberwolves declined to make a qualifying offer to him, before he signed a one-year contract less than a month later to remain in Minnesota.
