UConn Dominates Temple, Wins Second Straight

Somewhere a switch was flipped, a light went on, something began to click in. UConn is playing the kind of basketball, at least at home, to which its fans have been so long accustomed.

The UConn men made it two in a row, dominating American Athletic Conference nemesis Temple, 73-59, at Gampel Pavilion on Wednesday night.

"It was a great 'us' win," coach Kevin Ollie said.

Not to be giddy, the Huskies (7-9, 2-3 in the AAC) have a long way to go before approaching a successful season, UConn style. But with impressive wins back-to-back, they are trending in the right direction with games at Georgetown and SMU coming up.
