Mark Turgeon's first paying job as a 14-year-old in Topeka, Kan., was working at Baskin-Robbins. Long before he became known as "Turgeon the Surgeon" dishing out assists for Larry Brown at Kansas, he was scooping out sundaes. "I think I was making $1.65 an hour," Turgeon recalled Monday. "I was so little that I would get a lot of tips. I could barely reach the counter." Turgeon still has something of a sweet tooth when it comes to ice cream.
