Granted, discussing the possibility of Triple A baseball in a week when cutbacks were announced to address construction overruns at city-funded Dunkin' Donuts Park for the Double A Yard Goats may seem counterintuitive. Writing anything about Hartford sports possibilities during the week of the soccer stadium debacle may appear to be fiddling while city government's credibility burns.
