CHICAGO The Phillies' hottest hitter is a 31-year-old outfielder who played for a team called the Chihuahuas after failing to win a major league job with any teams last spring. Jeff Francoeur could find another new team before next Friday's trade deadline, given the way he's scalded pitches since returning from his Atlanta home during the All-Star break.
