Regional Digest: UConn Football Loses Crozier

Huskies Lose Crozier The UConn football team will be without offensive lineman Ryan Crozier this season after the sophomore sustained a lower leg injury during summer workouts that required surgery. Crozier, who started at guard last season as a true freshman and played some centerl, was the projected starter at center. The Huskies will look at junior Kyle Bockeloh, redshirt freshman Daniel Oak, sophomore Tommy Hopkins, and sophomore Brendan Vechery, awarded a preferred walk-on offered a scholarship in January, to fill the void left by Crozier, who will still have three years of eligibility.
