Twins use home runs to bump win streak to five games, defeat Rays

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. The Twins are rolling on the road. When they aren't winning close games, they are outhitting struggling pitching. The offense was locked in on Tuesday as they held off the Rays 11-7 for their fifth straight win, the longest current streak in the American League. It also marks their longest road winning streak of the season. Miguel Sano, Brian Dozier and Eddie Rosario homered to lead the Twins' 12-hit attack. Rosario also hit his 10th triple, passing Tony Oliva for the club rookie record. He's also the first Twin with 10 triples in a season since Denard Span in 2010.
