Marquez Throws 7 Innings Of No-Hit Ball, Goats Beat Cats 10-0

MANCHESTER, NH — Colorado Rockies prospect German Marquez pitched no-hit ball for seven innings and for the second straight game the Hartford Yard Goats pounded out 14 hits in a 10-0 win over the New Hampshire Fisher Cats Sunday afternoon. The first place Yard Goats (21-8) salvaged the final game of the three-game series.

Marquez, acquired from Tampa Bay in the off season, retired the first eight batters, before Jorge Flores reached base with an error.
