Phillies snap 10-game losing streak in dominating win over Mets, 14-8

NEW YORK Some five hours before the game Tuesday night at Citi Field, Pete Mackanin sat at his desk in the visiting managers' office and readied to draw up the Phillies' lineup. Searching for anything to change his team's fortunes against the division rival New York Mets, he eschewed grasping his customary black calligraphy pen and instead picked out a green one. "Just to change something," Mackanin said. "We've got to look for any way we can to beat these guys."
