    Q: MacArthur Road at the Route 22 interchange is looking great. After all the money spent for this much-needed improvement to benefit vehicular as well as pedestrian traffic, I'm rather disappointed that the 'yield' sign remains at the end of the ramp from Route 22 west to MacArthur Road north, near the Lehigh Valley Mall. I've never encountered anyone who properly yields to the northbound traffic wanting to merge to enter the mall. Why was there not a flashing-red traffic light installed?
