Joe Nemechek

Joseph "Joe" Nemechek, of Lakeland, Florida, is a race car driver in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series. He is the owner of NEMCO Motorsports. Nemechek was Rookie of the Year for Lakeland Interstate Speedway in 1987, for United Speed Alliance Racing in 1988, and for NBS in 1990. In 1989, he was champion and Rookie of the Year for the All-Pro Late Model Series. In 1992 and 1993 he was Most Popular Driver.
